Welcome to ByteVerse ("Platform"), operated by SpectraVerse Technologies Inc. These Terms govern your use of our application and services.

By accessing ByteVerse, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use our service.

1. Account Requirements

Eligibility

To use ByteVerse, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Must have at least 30 views and above on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
  • Provide accurate information:
    • Full name
    • State of residence
    • Gender
    • Valid phone number
    • Email address
  • Reside in an African country we service

Account Security

You agree to:

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Not share your account with others
  • Immediately report unauthorized access

2. Task Completion Rules

  • All tasks must be completed exactly as instructed.
  • Task reset times:
    • Newbie (Free) users: every 3 hours
    • BytePro (premium) users: every 1.5 hours
  • Fraudulent submissions are not allowed.
    • Each case will be reviewed before action is taken.
    • After 3 confirmed fraudulent attempts, your account may be suspended or banned.
    • Any confirmed fraud leads to loss of related earnings.
  • We use manual and AI verification to check task proofs.

3. Campaign Policy

  • Campaigns automatically complete and pause when the target number of users is reached.
  • No refunds except where required by law.

4. Plans Upgrade

  • Each plan upgrade has a 5% service/processing fee applied to its cost.
  • Upgrade prices vary depending on the selected plan.
  • Upgraded plans include extra campaign slots, higher earning rates, and exclusive features.

5. Payments & Earnings

For Users

  • Payouts are processed automatically and sometimes manually.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount applies
  • ByteCoin (BY₵) rewards:
    • Can be redeemed for airtime/data
    • Expire after 30 days of inactivity

For Brands

  • Payments processed via Paystack
  • Funds held in escrow until task verification
  • No refunds for completed tasks

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use automated bots or scripts
  • Submit falsified task proofs
  • Attempt to manipulate the ByteVerse system
  • Share confidential campaign details

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicious activity
  • Inactivity beyond 6 months

You may delete your account anytime via settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • In-app notifications

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
